The primary mission of Cityforce Service Inc is to introduce its international clients to invest the U.S. real estate by providing information and investment choices to the investors over real estate industry and offering consulting services to international and U.S. clients to make a sale or rent/lease; meanwhile, Cityforce provides consulting service about finance loan and tax administration for the customers.

A. Developing Real Estate Research

With growing numbers of international investors intending to flow into the U.S. real estate market, there are much more demands for explore U.S. real estate industry. Consequently, Cityforce Service Inc will conduct marketing researches about real estate, and or do research based on investors' specific demands. Our professional Marketing Staffs would conduct marketing researches for customers on housing industry analyses of designed cities or make marketing research reports of those cities, then search target customers by publicity and promotion according to those research reports.

B. Providing Consulting Service to Customers

Cityforce Service Inc will set up real estate information database according to the former research reports, then match the appropriate information based on the customer’s investment or purchase demand, in order to provide investment or purchase advice.
